Clayton Williams

Principal

Clayton is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a wealth of expertise in the taxation, business, GST and estate planning. His enthusiasm and attention to detail have made him a respected and admired tax practitioner among his large client base.

Clayton’s accounting career began in a public practice in 1979 and he has remained loyal to this field, through working at various locations in North West Tasmania and Mackay, Queensland. 

His depth of experience has assisted advising clients from a wide range of industry, including primary production, tradespeople, taxation, business advice, GST and estate planning.

Clayton is well known within the North West Tasmanian sporting circles as a footballer, cricketer and tennis player. He enjoys supporting/participating in community events and still suffers from past injuries from those golden days. 

Greg Harper

Principal

As a Chartered Accountant and Registered Auditor, Greg has expertise in a variety of disciplines, including business advisory, taxation compliance, proactive planning, superannuation and audit.

Greg provides clients with advice on retirement planning strategies and management of self-managed superannuation funds, whilst also being Camerons Auditor.

The diversity within his client group is something Greg particularly enjoys, these range from not-for-profit organisations, nursing homes, self-managed superannuation funds, insurance brokers and financial services licensees.

Greg enjoys spending time with his young family, travelling, mountain bike riding which sometimes results in some Monday soreness.

Mark O’Brien

Principal

Mark is a Chartered Accountant and brings a suite of speciality services to Camerons. Taxation and business development through to management of human resources, technological solutions and performance based benchmarking are just some of these speciality services

Throughout his career Mark has travelled extensively and worked in various locations all over the world. This overseas experience proved a valuable insight into the operations of different business segments, the financial recording systems and exposure to different taxation regimes.

As Camerons has grown so has the diversity of Mark’s clients, covering industry segments such as rural, health, manufacturing, information technology, tourism, marketing and consulting assisting all SME’s to achieve their full potential. 

Mark has a love of the outdoors, whether it be caving, skiing or boating. When not in Tasmania, Mark enjoys a trip to Thailand to enjoy the sun and exploring new locations.
 

Mathew Bellchambers

Principal

CA, BBUS

Matt joined Camerons in 2016 as an Accountant after completing his Bachelor of Business with Utas, working out of the Launceston Office. Since then, Matt has completed post graduate study and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.  He has a great interest in the Building and Transport industries and prides himself on working hard to assist his clients to achieve their business & personal goals.

While he isn’t at work, he is a keen Richmond supporter, out on the water around Ansons Bay skiing, fishing or on the golf course trying to make a birdie.  

Tom Grimes

Principal

CA, BBUS

Tom is based primarily in our Launceston whilst also regularly visiting our Scottsdale office.  Tom started with Camerons in 2010 whilst studying his Bachelor of Business and later completing his Chartered Accountant post graduate qualification. Tom supports clients from many different industries, including building & construction, transport, hospitality and agriculture. 

Outside of the office he enjoys spending time with friends and family, participating in local sport, supporting his beloved St Kilda and travelling overseas to experience different cultures. 

Tomas Hilder

Principal

CA, BBUS

Tom works primarily in our Launceston office, but also regularly visits our Deloraine and Devonport offices to visit clients. Tom Joined Camerons in 2016 as an Accountant, since he has qualified as a Chartered Accountant.  Tom has a passion for the agricultural sector and assists his clients to achieve their desired goals.

In his spare time he enjoys playing football, renovating houses and improving his hobby farm.

Gerald Matthews

Consultant

Gerald as a member of Australian Institute of Management and Tax Institute has a great expertise and understands the needs and requirements of running a successful business and the process involved in assisting the growth and development of larger entities.  

Gerald specialises in business taxation, financial projections and wealth creation. He also has a passion for identifying the underlying financial needs of small enterprises assisting with their growth. Gerald’s expertise includes extensive involvement within the forestry industry and property & land developments.

Gerald understands the importance of balancing a career whilst maintaining his life outside Camerons, and with a great family as support, he regularly enjoys a session at the gym or a round of golf, which often results in some frustration. 

Duncan Armstrong

Senior Accountant

CA, BCom

Duncan has been with the Camerons team since 2000, specialising in Self-Managed Superannuation funds.  Duncan provides insight into superannuation and assists clients with self-managed superannuation funds to navigate through the legislative structure and constant changes in relation to this industry.  In addition to managing the superannuation, Duncan continues to assist clients with their ongoing taxation and accounting requirements. 

Duncan is an active personality within the community, Duncan enjoys spending time with his family and helping his father on the family farm. 

Esther O'Halloran

Senior Accountant

CA, BCom

Esther began her career with Camerons in 2010 and has worked as an Accountant since 2000. Esther is an all-rounder, who works with clients across many industries, from start up to wind down. She enjoys supporting clients in all aspects of accounting, from hiring employees, accounting software support, taxation planning, business advisory, tax and compliance. 

Esther works across the Ulverstone and Devonport offices. She dreams of exploring the world but the reality is a mortgage with two kids and a husband who runs a small business, she makes do with gardening and a good bottle of red. 

Li Zhang

Senior Auditor

CPA, MPA

Li Zhang is our Senior Auditor who works prominently with Greg Harper to provide services in both Audit and Taxation divisions. Li joined Camerons in 2016 and begun completing audits, financial reporting, accounting and taxation services in both For Profit and Not-for-profit sectors. Li brings a passion for client service and the benefits that come from high quality service.

Li is fluent in Mandarin, enjoys working in his garden, spending time with his wife and his two beautiful animals.

Natika Walker

Office Manager

Natika has been with the Camerons team since 2015 and has gained valuable experience in her field. As a dedicated professional, she takes pride in her work and strives to exceed expectations. Natika is passionate about her role and constantly seeks opportunities to grow and learn. Natika has implemented a wide range of processes and structures since undertaking her role, enhancing the Camerons ability to assist clients. 

Natika is family-oriented and cherishes her time with them and loves getting away to the shack at the East Coast   

Shannon Bradford

Senior Bookkeeper

Shannon has been part of the Camerons team since 2005, over this time her role has evolved giving her extensive knowledge across many areas of our business. Shannon is currently our Senior Bookkeeper and a Certified MYOB Consultant. She enjoys assisting clients with everyday matters including reconciliations, payroll & HR, accounting software implementation, timesheet management and software support. 

In her spare time she is involved in her children’s basketball club and enjoys visiting the East Coast. 

Natalie Lowe

Bookkeeper

Natalie joined the Camerons Devonport team in 2007.  In this time Natalie has supported a diverse range of clients in numerous areas of business. Most recently, Natalie predominantly assists clients with their bookkeeping needs. Natalie thoroughly enjoys helping clients; including how to utilise their accounting software (specialising in MYOB or Xero) most effectively.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, enjoying holidaying in the sun, caravanning, and watching the football, in particular supporting their 2 adult children and their teams play.
